Mediation & Informal Conflict Resolution

When conflict happens this can be seen as an opportunity rather than something to be avoided in the hope it will go away.

Often an indirect, informal approach is what is required. We mediate the issues where there is difference or disagreement and then coach for a better relationship repairing any damage that has been done. Engaging with conflict effectively is the key to sustained successful relationships.
